Parametric Part Files

Pushed a new branch with stub Equations file for plate and frame dimensions. Can others confirm that the cad/mock_para.SLDASM opens nicely and updates on rebuild for new (valid) values in cad/Plate/plate_equations.txt?

To change any of the linked globals, you'll probably need to modify the equations with your text editor of choice (SW updates linked values on rebuild, and usually disables updating from 'Manage Equations' to avoid rollback issues).

EDIT: Make sure your text editor of choice is set to CR/LF (Windows style EOL) (Or just leave current EOL)
